Nothing is perfect; for every album you love, there's probably at least one person who hates it. I've often thought that the key to really appreciating an album (or a film, a book, a video game, a person...anything, really) is seeing and accepting the flaws, rather than pretending they don't exist.
A Crack in Everything is a series of blog posts in which I essentially write bad reviews for awesome albums. In each post, I'll be taking one of my favourite albums and having a good, hard look at its weaknesses, however minor or trivial they may be.
